Eligibility

To join the programme, you need to be:

  • 16-22 years old and residential in UK.

  • Whom has passed:
    • GCSEs: A minimum of 5 subjects at Grade 7 (A) or above, including Mathematics and Sciences
    • A-levels (including predicted grades): A minimum achievement of AAB

    • at the time of participation in October

Additionally, if you have Japanese skill would be considered in the selection.

Thank you for all the interest in the UK-Japan Youth Challenge.

Places will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

However, we reserve the right to select participants randomly, in case we receive a high volume of interest.

We reply to all applications.

The form below must be completed and submitted by a Parent or Legal Guardian of the Participant, as it is mandatory for the UCL-Japan Youth Challenge to obtain full parental or legal guardian consent.
